Senior Development Engineer Mechanics (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility
- You develop software / firmware for medical and measurement technology products, from the idea to series production.
- You are the point of contact for our customers and engineering partners, including for the complete definition and structuring of design specifications.
- You procure and commission prototypes, carry out functional and system tests and document the results.
- You carry out team reviews and present your results to the customer at milestone meetings.
- You create the development documentation, taking into account the requirements of our customers and medical technology.
Your qualification
- You have completed a relevant degree (computer engineering, electrical engineering, or similar) and have several years of development experience, ideally for medical devices.
- You have very good knowledge and experience in programming embedded systems (preferably in C, C++) as well as a good understanding of analog and digital circuit technology
- You are interested in expanding our expertise in software and electronics and playing a key role in shaping it.
- Ideally, you already have experience with the relevant standards for medical devices (e.g. IEC62304, ISO14971, IEC60601-1,).
- You are characterized by a systematic and holistic way of thinking and working and you have good planning and organizational skills.
- As a strong team player and practitioner, you are a hands-on person.
